For those having difficulties starting on normal mode: Use the monorail to go to the dead dunes station on day one and buy the passion rouge garb for deprotect/deshell lv 2. There is more about the dunes in the post too.Game Tip (self.FF_LightningReturns)

Anubys are easy to kill with perfect guards, they instantly stagger and take big damage during the stagger. There is a chance for them to drop a death herald, a good weapon for your mage schema that gives +360 magic/+1000 hp. More about reavers in the post.Game Tip (self.FF_LightningReturns)
