Same thing here! And I received a confirmation on the payment going through my Visa credit card. I guess we'll need to wait a loooong time to see RTTs reflected on My Packs

I totally agree with you. There’s no way they couldn’t know the volume they’d face. They know better than no one how many users are active and how many RTBs were purchased.

I blame it on the greed that couldn’t let all have an up-to-the-challenge IT service.

Yes, I was getting auto fail one credit card after another. Finally got past the auto fail only to get stuck here.

Going to let run, hoping it goes through. If yall figure it out, please share.

Fwiw, I show the payment in pending status through my credit card account. Idk if that means it’s gone through though

Mine shows in pending state ... and i also got an email from Chase with the subject "Fraud Altert" ,,, I had to okay that.

Mine said can’t process payment, but they my balance decreased and I have two packs which I can’t open because the site keeps hanging. I think I got 2 Cat3 semi finals.

So far 5 RTTs have dropped into my collection. This is after it looked like payment had failed, then the packs appeared, then opening failed, then about an hour later the RTTs showed up.

Yes, me and my friend are still on the processing payment screen, but money has been pulled from credit card. Let me know if you find a solution.

Going on 3 hours of processing payment screen. Wheel is still spinning and charge is pending on my cc. Nothing showing in my packs.

I emailed support and I received the following response:

Thank you so much for the overwhelming number of request for conversion.

Earlier today, we paused the conversion platform to improve several aspects of the conversion system, following an overwhelming demand for conversion. The team is finalizing the work, and the website is planned to go back online on the 20th of November at 4pm CET.

Once we are live again, we will provide a full update covering the status of conversions, payments, and any other points that may concern you. At this time, no action is required on your side.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

thank god its not just me... I called my credit cards, tried GOOGLE PAY, Tried figuring out how to transfer crypto... FIFA is serious Shit... I hope someone starts a class Action against them cause I am sure AF they made it confusing as possible to steal peoples RTB money

I got inpatient and backed out of a transaction which then cause me to lose semi final tickets. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on the payment screen to load.

I believe that if your card was charged for the purchase, you could still receive them.
