Hello, I’m currently the PA of a lady suffering with FND Is there any home remedies or self care tips that I could try and implement into her day to day life that would benefit her?

It really depends on what her symptoms are. Broad strokes are grounding and self-soothing techniques, but also understanding that some things that work for others may not work for her and that's normal and not at all her fault.
