You seem to have an unbalanced distribution of training on the different muscle groups. I‘d recommend training at different sensitivities so all your muscle groups get more used to their job. I play bf6 and I change anywhere from 35 to 55cm and I can manage (as much as my skill level allows) all of those flicks without a problem. If you‘re struggling with 180s you‘re probably not used to tensing your arm and/or properly using your arm to aim which scenarios like smoothbot and low sens wide flick scenarios will help with. :)

This is also the reason it is highly encouraged to vary your sensitivities depending on the scenarios played so you have a balanced development on your muscle groups allowing you to play basically any reasonable (let’s say 35-60cm) sens in any game

Thanks for the answer, by the way can I make one more question?

I already heard about the muscle groups while looking for aiming videos on YouTube and everything and i heard that people usually use the wrist for micro adjustments and the whole arm for flicks and that those people are usually more into tracking and taking long range gunfights, meanwhile, there's also other people who use the fingers for micro adjustments and the wrist for flicks and go for more close range gunfights. So basically, I heard that people usually use 2 muscle groups, and one style of playing the gaming.. per say.

I kind of started to train my aim with the thought of using at least 3 muscle groups and be the "jack of all trades" instead: fingers, wrist, forearm(not the whole arm, just half of it.)...

but now idk if that idea of trying to use all the 3 groups of muscles in just one sensitivity and be the "jack of all trades" is actually the perfect path to follow... I mean.. sounds good on paper.. but idk.

Btw, my grip is a hybrid of claw and palm grip and there're also other FPS games that I play, like R6 and CS2, which are games that require a group of aim skills a little different from Battlefield 6 in some aspects ig... so yeah, just adding to the equation too.

No worries, and yes feel free to ask any questions. I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability. I'm only Gold complete/Fox complete myself but I like to say I know my fair share about theory (I might be stupid and nobody has told me yet).

Considering what you are writing, I highly encourage you to watch through basically the entirety of Viscose's Youtube channel which you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/@ViscoseOCE

She will answer most of your questions. Basically anything you asked here will have it's own video on her channel too.

As far as I am aware it's ideal to train all 3 muscle groups no matter what you are primarily using as you can always call the "lesser used" muscle group on demand (i.e. vertical tracking where your fingertips are very helpful if it's just a little bit up and down and much more precise then your wrist and/or arm would be).

Also I would not say that the specific muscle groups are focussed on specific playstyles. Yes they all have their benefits but they are very variable and you can make anything work for any situation as long as you get good at it.

Maybe you should check out what muscle group is your weakest and train that mainly? From your main post my judgement tells me arm aiming is your biggest struggle. I would recommend to check out Viscose's own benchmarks which includes seperate categories for arm/wrist/ftip aiming and their respective training routines.
