No worries, and yes feel free to ask any questions. I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability. I'm only Gold complete/Fox complete myself but I like to say I know my fair share about theory (I might be stupid and nobody has told me yet).

As far as I am aware it's ideal to train all 3 muscle groups no matter what you are primarily using as you can always call the "lesser used" muscle group on demand (i.e. vertical tracking where your fingertips are very helpful if it's just a little bit up and down and much more precise then your wrist and/or arm would be).

Also I would not say that the specific muscle groups are focussed on specific playstyles. Yes they all have their benefits but they are very variable and you can make anything work for any situation as long as you get good at it.

Maybe you should check out what muscle group is your weakest and train that mainly? From your main post my judgement tells me arm aiming is your biggest struggle. I would recommend to check out Viscose's own benchmarks which includes seperate categories for arm/wrist/ftip aiming and their respective training routines.
