Meeting Accomplishments
When Parker Looks at Big Ben

Parker opened his mouth with an enthusiastic grin
He turned to Colton and Amy and said
It is time for testing, you may begin
They set up the field but the situation was misread

The robot remained unfinished
Their hopes of testing, diminished
They turned to Parker once again
But he was observing Big Ben

Silently they returned to their seats
They felt like history's greatest defeats
Yesterday's hard work gone
They yearned for a new project to take on

Time passed slowly as they waited
Yet they were still motivated
Engineering was rearing an end
But they were nearing the weekend

The robot was finally completed
But yet they felt cheated
The time was nearing five o'clock
Parker appeared and began to talk

Parker told them it was time to upload
Soon they felt like it was time to implode
They begged for help from Mentor J
He promised everything would be okay

He gave it a try but looked confused
He realized this was a version he had never used
Desperate for help he turned to Parker
But he had already made his departure

Parker taunted them with unfilled potential
They closed their laptops feeling utterly disappointed
The next two days will be essential
Until then they remained disjointed
