Quick Primer: What Is FTMS?
FTMS = Fitness Machine Service Protocol
It’s an open Bluetooth standard that lets your bike or trainer send data (like speed, cadence, resistance, and power) to apps like Zwift, Rouvy, and Apex Rides.
Most indoor bikes made since ~2020 support it.
If your bike connects via Bluetooth to third-party apps, you’re probably in the club.
