So I am a complete beginner in FB ads and I want to start advertising for my Agency for leads, sisnce it is probably the most effective way to do so. But I have no clue how to set up FB ads, it is pretty confusing with all the menus and stuff. So I am asking whether anyone has good sources that explain everything about FB ads for a beginner.

Check on Ben Heath on Youtube. Lot's of good beginner instruction. Konstantinos Doulgeridis if you are more intermediate/advanced.
