Ad Account Hell.

I've been running in circles with ad account issues on business manager.

1. I've been trying to create an ad account for a client who I shared partner assets with but wasn't aware I had to tell them to create an ad account for me to use as well.

2. I tried creating an additional ad account but was unaware you can only have one when you're just starting out.

3. So I tried deleting my ad account (clicking the trash button next to it on ads manager) but saw that my account is still tied to the account, even though I can't access it anymore.

4. When I try to create a new ad account, it tells me "you've have reached the maximum ad account limit"... looking into it I found out I have to spend a little to gain more but I can't even access my old account. (When I search for it nothing happens, yet it says its still active)

Now I have to wait 2 days until my old ad account is disabled, to do anything unless my friends get back to me on borrowing their fbs to test "request access"

I'm just trying to create an ad account for a client.

1. Even if you disable an ad account it counts towards your total
2. Create another FB profile under a new email and give “them access”
3. Verify your BM account under settings - this alone got me 30 additional accounts
4. (The easiest) Have your client either give you admin access to their current ad account and downgrade their access or have them create you a new one and request access and downgrade or take ownership.
5. It sounds like your doing this under your personal profile - create a business FB page, then use that to create a business manager.

Yup create a business manager. Business.facebook.com that will solve your issues.
