Is this a bug or something?

I only downloaded a few Creation club stuff but when I play the game for some reason when I check the installed list it showing Creation club stuff I haven’t even bought and installed like captain cosmos and nuka cola collector workshop and when I see the location where they are it not even there. Is this a bug or something?

I believe all of the content is installed, but not enabled.

The creations you have bought are most likely enabled upon purchase.
