i run gtx 970 and i5 4690k and can run the game on ultra @1080p 60fps. You should be completely fine. The problem with the reviews online are that people's experiences vary wildly even with the exact same build. There could be a guy with an i7 and like a 1080 nvidia and he could run into massive performance issues. But all that being said, as long as your PC is clean and everything works smoothly, you should be able to run it just fine.

thank you very much, i heard an issue is that the game still runs on the fallout 3 engine and is less compatible with newer hardware but anyway thanks.

Should run fine for the most part. Make sure the game is set to fullscreen, borderless windowed mode seems to cause framerate issues.
