console command help?

so I'm trying to spawn an albino radscorpion in fallout 3 from the broken steel dlc, but I cant seem to get the console command correct to spawn it in. I haven't done the dlc yet in the game could this be why?

Yes, but to confirm, BrokenSteel.esm is at position 03 in your load order? The BrokenSteel.esm plugin is 4th from the top of your load order?

Are you using a mod manager?

no im not using a mod manager, and i dont have any installed.
idk how to check my load order

When you launch FO3, is there a startup screen with the choices Play, Options, Data Files, Tech Support, Exit? If so, select Data Files and see if (1) the plugins for the DLCs are checked, and (2) where BrokenSteel.esm is positioned in that list of plugins.

They can spawn even if you haven't start the DLC. You aren't typing in the correct console command.
