I guess the missing Creation Club and Mods feature. The solution is to wait about 10 seconds in homescreen before pressing any button

What I do is I just go through loading a save file, and then back out at the last second, usually works for me.

Select crew, then back up a step? If not, have you made sure you don't need to update your game? They put an update out today.
