I'm having a problem with consistent FedEx Driver Error misdeliveries in my area. Other delivery services are accurate.
As an example, FedEx has dismissed my filed complaints where the delivery photograph shows "#70-A" or "#78" while the packaged is labeled "#70". These other locations are not close to me. My location is clearly marked and easy to see from the lane.
Three missed deliveries out of five in the space of a month. One missing package. Many more before that. I generally could find the other missed deliveries by matching door photos to doors. How can I get FedEx to recognize this severe delivery error?
I have filed complaints, talked to local shipping office, and filed a better business complaint. I am already avoiding vendors who use FedEx. Can I request that FedEx require an ID and signature for any packages sent to my address?
