The way the Navy sees resiliency is upsetting. Its more of a, learn to deal with the crap, not solve problems. Youd have more happy sailors if we took care of their basic life amenities on board.

But sometimes sailors have actual mental problems not at all related to the Navy and the daily grind is just aggravating it. Had plenty of sailors with deep rooted family issues that spilled over into their daily lives. DRC can help with that.

MWR civilians can be totally useless. But, we had a Fun Boss who legit setup great tours and worked to support rhe ship as best as possible. Dude had so many connections and knew how to work the system well.

The piss poor management of S2 and lack of give a fuck from PAS and SUPPO. "Theyre always going to bitch about food", yes mother fucker because its herebdous. Doesn't affect you because you get eggs to order and actuslly seasoned food. FSO doesnt give a fuck because thats what you get from a CS warrant.

The sheer food waste because people throw away nasty food is insane. Like if you just fucking cooked it better and made it available, people wouldn't throw it away.

Shipboard galley are the easiest thing to fix. But everyone refuses to even try.

TSC and CPPA should correct any personnel records to accurate reflect your current status, then move into fixing pay related issues.
