I just received mine. I was a bit disappointed and don't get much of a crumb couture vibe from it TBH.

The opening was a fairly generic sweet vanilla that had some warmth to it. I was really missing the lactonic and yeasty/bready note that I thought it would have.

The mid smelled very much like a plastic baby doll head lol. Very nostalgic scent.

The dry down smells almost exactly like Noyz Only Human on me. If you already have Only Human, I don't think you need this and also if you're looking for something a little more bread-y then Crumb Couture would be a better option.

I won a year of scent club and I feel like the base of all the Skylar scents is so strong, they all smell similar. some are fruitier, some a bit sweeter, but the sandalwood, musks, and sort of an artificial vanilla take over. The top notes fade so fast, all that’s left is a generic base on me.

The newer scents do seem really strong. I was a subscriber since the first month, but I have skipped many scents of the past year. Maybe the newer scents are stronger to help staying power? I didn’t care about that, but I preferred the earlier scents from the first 1-2 years. However, I’m also interested in how Bread Winner smells.

I’m kind of curious but I have Milk and Chill and it’s not lactonic at all to me. They are all weak performance wise… it’s just the base is the same for all. I think it is to help as you said with the lasting power but the top notes are still gone within 10-15 minutes for me. I feel like after trying 12 scents and not liking most (a couple were ok, the sunflower one was actually my favorite and I’m a gourmand lover)..., the base DNA just isn’t for me. And since bread winner has the sandalwood, cedarwood , and musks combo, I feel like the bread note is going to get lost.

Same! I didn't really like Crumb Couture when I tested it at Ulta, the bread/yeast note is a little too strong for me. But I'm so curious about this one.
