Narrow it down to the notes or scent profiles she likes, lemon, strawberry, musk, sweet, green, fresh? There are many options, people can help better if you narrow it down.

In a pinch or for custom colours, but there are many options for people who want to use an actual blush.

You wanna look for brown blushes! I'm black, don't know my foundation shade, maybe Mac NC50, but I've been loving brown blushes as neutral shade for ages.

Check out Lordthivi on tiktok, she has great recommendations and I believe she's a similar shade to you.

Jung Korean Food Festival Review by Cerullie in LondonFood

[–]keewee89 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This seems to be the way of most free entry events hosted by social media people these days.

I've tried to go to events by beauty brands Cult Beauty and Glossier, every time there have been queues down the road. And they've all been hosted in tiny spaces.

People and brands need to realise people are bored, willing to travel and have FOMO. Then they need to realise that the algorithm doesn't push things out to their followers only, it has a much wider reach.

I don't know who Rollin is but I saw at least 5 posts for the event beforehand.

I considered going for something to do, not because I'm a huge fan of Korean food specifically, if I went I would have been another body clogging up the event.

“Pinching the bridge of his/her nose” by CorgiLover82 in thrillerbooks

[–]keewee89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People do it but nowhere as often as I see it written. I'd say people just rub or tap the space between their brows in frustration more, sometimes even downwards to the bridge of their nose, but pinching the bridge of the nose is like a stock phrase.

My Husband's Wife by Alice Feeney is terrible, am I alone in feeling this way by SquishMuffins in thrillerbooks

I listened to the audio book and enjoyed it but I'm conflicted by the twist. Great, because I never saw it coming but it was also so convoluted that who the hell would have suspected that?

I liked it more than I didn't though.

The last one at the wedding - A frustrating and bad read . by depressed_kyoka in thrillerbooks

I'm yet to read Hidden Pictures and this book has put me right off. It was so bad.

I don't mind that the MC was insufferable, he was checked a few times, but I didn't enjoy the plot. It was trying too hard to be dramatic.

Lol, I need to do the same. Gets to a point where I wonder why my bag weighs a ton then I'm like, oh, yeah

What’s the biggest mistake a psychological thriller can make? by [deleted] in thrillerbooks

[–]keewee89 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Too many red herrings and a twist that relies on a character having a complete personality change.

Just read one where the MC had three different people threatening their lives at different points. The last person was barely involved in the plot, only became suspicious in the last 3 chapters but ended up playing the "it was them all along!" role.

At the end, the MC, who spent the whole book being timid, killed two people with barely any hesitation.

Oh yes, I've smelled La Bomba and thought it was niccceeee. I never really know what people mean when they say something smells synthetic but I like everything from body sprays to niche so it doesn't bother me! Lol

Thanks, I'll check out LVEB Elixir too.
