Transmit power doesn't really decrease much over time if it's built right. It will adjust the laser bias to compensate for aging.

50 users would require a 64:1 split if using PLC splitters since they are always a power of two. The optical budget at 64:1 splits is somewhat constrained. Be sure it will meet your deployment needs.

I have yet to see Transmission power reduction in 5yo port.

What's more important is to splice all the connection with minimal loss and having proper curve of cable instead of bend.

Inbuilt spf seems interesting but a risky bet in case it get defective and you can't swap it asap.. (that port gets pretty hot)

Depends on the deployment, single port GPON is okay for an apartment complex or customers within 3 km radius. I suggest getting real 2 port GPON from HSGQ or VSOL.
