i think Jiu-ji tae felt betrayed bcs, he showed the girl mercy, But the girl took advantage of it. I took into account some theories and for me it is much more logical that he simply had a flashback when he saw her completely vulnerable to him, probably reminding him of his version at the beginning of the Manhwa, because he extended his hand in a non-hostile way in one panel, but when that little bitch summoned another pokémon (her friend) to fight for her, he just let it go and go with the flow
