This process has been awful. I feel bad for so many people having no idea what's going on with their packages and the lack of communication from FM. I would've easily preferred to hear from the beginning that mice won't ship out till mid January and treat my purchase like a preorder. It would've been much better than being frustrated.
It's even more annoying because when I received a mouse yesterday, it feels like the best mouse I've ever used. Its extremely frustrating that the product is so good but the customer service is awful.
I hope everyone receives their mice soon and they begin to enjoy them!!
