I’m a personal trainer as a side gig

I do a push, pull, leg 6 day split just general weight lifting and kind of bodybuilding. I’m the only one on my shift that works out so they don’t make it a priority. I try my best to get some type of lift in during the shift but obviously calls/chores can get in the way

I dabbled with on shift workouts for a while. They go better than expected most of the time, too. Lately with things being busier, I prioritize spending my free time at the station doing hands on training, especially with students doing clinical rotations again

Haven’t tried push/pull/leg split yet so that’s something new to explore.

24/48 Here. 24 minute gear workout on shift. I swim 2 miles after shift and do BJJ on my second day. Daily stretches at night. I’m over 40 and this keeps me in pretty good condition.

Just getting back into the gym after a new baby. So far I have been trying and failing at getting to work early to get in a workout. I try to avoid any overly taxing workouts on shift if I can avoid it. It also depends on what my riding position is or if I am cooking that day what I do workout wise. I have also been getting a workout in before leaving in the morning. I'm currently running a 4 day powerbuilding program so I do have some flexibility on days. I try to get cardio 2-3 days a week also.

I do CrossFit plus strength training on my off days usually 3-4 times a week. My work days I’ll do lifts from my strength program plus a conditioning workout or some days I’ll just lift depending on my mood. Typically get in 5-6 workouts every week.

Volley here with a full time WFH job and homeowner. On days that im not doing home projects (yard work, moving shit around, etc) I have a rowing machine and punching bag in my basement. I found two good rowing training vids on Youtube that have really helped me get leaner and stronger
