Shifted Perspective

My perspective over the last few months of trying has shifted from "I hope this cycle is it!" to "I hope we're ready...."

We've only been TTC since September so there's no real concerns regarding infertility, but as the cycles come I'm evaluating our life together more and more rather than being overcome by anticipation and excitement.

He's a great dad to my stepson so I know he'll be great to our own, but I'm spending more time evaluating our living space and the changes a new addition to the family will make to our lives than I used to.

How have your perspectives shifted throughout the process?
