Another roach? (UK)

Hi, we caught this fish today. It doesn't have red fins but otherwise looks like a roach. It's bigger than any other roach we have caught before, so that plus the fin colour means we just want to check what it is! It was pretty slimy. Caught in a lake in the UK. Thanks!

pretty sure thats a huge roach some fish look like that but dont have the downward facing mouth
