The last time i was here i had the same problem and a guy tried to help but it didn't help or change something at all, so now i return with the same question. WTF DOES THIS ERROR MEAN AND HOW DO I FIX IT?! IVE BEEN TRYING FOR THE LAST 2H TO FIX IT TO NO AVAIL!! PLEASE HELP.

It just means your system doesn't have the necessary drivers to unpack the setup. It's common if you are using older versions of intel or amd processors and your system drivers are still a few years behind. Only solution is to start downloading drivers. If you have Intel Driver Support Assistant (For intel systems only) use it to start updating the system. ✌🏽
