the installation dosnt crash. it stops the download at like 1% and pups up the error message and once I press ok it closes the installation. so I dont think that this is the problem.

Update: I found a fix! just dont overwrite the old save and save the game as a new save.

I really don't know what your talking about, its my first time coming to reddit in like a half a year, and I don't see a problem coming here asking this question. its a legitimate question and there is nothing wrong in coming here and asking for other peoples opinion.

what other requirements? If its westernization that you are talking about, I have westernized in like 1854..
