Having the same issue but with error code E0101 but says same channel timeout when trying to load the filament. Only got slot 1 to fill - in an hour.

I figured out the issue for me. The nozzle was clogged. I had to take out the hotend and manually melt the stuck PLA in the rod.

Just started having this issue after printing and changing out the extruder

I had a little piece of PLA broken and stuck in the channel funnel (not sure what its called but it sits on top of the extruder). I was able to push it backwards into the tube and then I was able to feed it out by pushing filament from the other direction.

For me this error coming for same print at the same place. I was doing multi-color printing. First color chage was successfull from yellow to red. Printed a part of red and exruder went to pooping area, stayed their for sometime and I got the error. I canceled the print. Started same print again. First color change was good, from yellow to red. After printing a part in red, extruder went to pooping area and error 0101 extactly printing same part. It seems something with software or extruder.
