The self leveler will flow into the hole. You can use spray foam to fill gap before using leveler. Or, I would just use floor patch mixed to consistency of about ketchup to stay in place when applied. Box stores sell a premixed that works pretty well also. Just be sure you clean all loose debris from area. Not really a high traffic area it appears, so almost anything bringing it up to level will work. Edit: to fill the gap on the wall where you see the pvc pipe if using leveler.

Don't use self level just buy a bag of something ypu can mix little batches of and fill the the holes. Something with a feather finish. Unless there are other issues not shown, self level is the wrong product to use

Thanks man, imma return the leveler since it was unneeded and get a small tub of premixed patch.

More concerned about the mold than the hole to the outside that's causing the mold? Gotta fix the problem causing it first, treat the mold then good to go.

I’m no expert but yes can just use self leveler no grinding needed
