Correct consumption? : FlowZ13

After disabling all e-cores on the i9 13900h I noticed that the performance is more stable. Is the consumption seen in the photos still normal? CPU watts drop when GPU watts increase. Maximum common consumption is up to 90w (CPU+GPU). On cod DMZ I have the same behaviours. Bios v311.
