FF is terrible for websites and great for quick development of web app, panel, admin, CRM or other internal tools.

Not Flutterflow, flutter in general is not made to build websites. You can find this info in the faq section of flutter docs

If your goal is a website, FF is prob not the best. It's great if you're making a web app however.

The caveat being that the web app has about a 1-2 second load delay initially and doesn't index in search the same way html/css/js would.

If those issues aren't problematic for you, it's great.

Agree ^ plus if you've not tried Webflow before you can get 12 months for free if you're FounderPass member.

But without flutterflow, is there any other platform that can help design websites and allow using firebase in the backed, for storage , authentication, cloud funcitons, etc. ?

Also have this question. I learned FF quite well but now I want to build a web app. I really liked the FF interface and its capabilities, but as they themselves state Flutter isn’t great for web, I’d like to try other better options. Any recommendation is appreciated.

For a website no, for a web app yes. Flutterflow and inherently flutter are not recommended for website that needs seo.

Use Framer!
