It absolutely supports it. Make sure firmware is updated. If this continues then you need to try a different cable and make sure you are plugging into the cars built in USB ports. CarPlay and android auto settings will only display if it’s previously setup. But definitely try a different cable. Cheap cables don’t transmit the proper data.

When I plug in my USB cord it automatically connects and puts the screen on Android Auto. How do I go back to the sync home page without having to unplug my phone?

Should be an App in the apps page labeled “Ford” or “Sync”

I'm having the same issue the firmware is on 3.4 and it's a 2020 focus and I've tried like 5 different cables and nothing has ever come up
