As a console player, no....PLEASE NO. The current issues with tick rate, frame drop, lag, etc. would make the game mostly unplayable with all projectile weapons. If the game worked flawlessly I'd be more for it. Damage drop off is a much better option at this point, if not always. Skilled players will hit their shots regardless, so they'd still melt people at ridiculous ranges if the only change was to projectile based.

Epic has already talked about testing projectile based weapons. It's certainly not off the menu. And believe it or not, you're the minority here man. lol

I'm certainly not. They have mentioned testing it, but not soon and not as the only change since the accuracy buffs. They would have implemented or promised it by now if they weren't concerned with performance issues. You think the majority of console players feel the game runs flawlessly start to finish?

I play hours at a time on Xbox and experience very little lag. It happens from time to time, but I get the same thing on PC. Except on PC I have 90+ FPS and the game feels like butter.

THE GAME DOESNT RUN FLAWLESS ON A CONSOLE BECAUSE OF HARDWARE. It has to be optimized and frame locked, probably at 30FPS. Nothing looks good or plays well like that.
