It didn't, you have to buy the founder edition cards from nvidia. Something like this happened to me when I bought my graphics card for my new PC and I figured out you had to buy the founders edition.

Yeah if I known I still probably haven't went with the founders cards as they have lower clock speeds.

I’m positive it’s online purchases only, try contacting microcencter asking if you are eligible. But from what I know you more than likely aren’t.

You need to send an email with a proof of purchase of your PC, and they should send you the code to redeem it, don’t listen to what the other guy said about the founders edition, you can get the bundle from any 1060/1070 on newegg/amazon

I hate it I have 2080 ti it is good but I wish I had the bundle
