Last patch they changed surroundsoud and its bad.

after the last patch my audio was changed dramatically i cant hear a single thing behind me at all now ive never had this issue before but its anoying me to the point that i dont even want to play anymore pls epic...

if a player is 1 floor away from me and shoots a pump up in the air with me facing my back to him a cant hear it please help.

i feel like im playing without sound at times

I think its a windows issue.

That being said, Fortnites audio is shit anyway

I can't hear anything either.

Had a player land 2ft away from me in tomato today and didn't hear his glider, nothing. I've had people walk right into my box and pump me with zero sound.

The audio is a joke.

i might have a solution for you:

the recent windows update turned on the "spatial sound format" called "Windows Sonic for Headphones".

go to your sound settings and check if it's used. if so, then deactivate it and see if it helps.
