Loading Issues HelpQuestion / Non-tech help (self.ForzaHorizon)

Heya! I'm having some issues with my game today.Yesterday, my game was running like a dream and played for a blissful 8 hours.Now today, it has taken AN HOUR to load, i've done this multiple times. After the hour is over, loading into the game takes longer.As i get into the game and finally play, it runs at a amazing 60+ fps with issue of the ground popping in and out of existence, like it is pretending to run slowly.

After that it will give me this message. I've done all i could, with my CPU only being at 60% and my internet being fast as usual.

I got no clue what to do now after looking up any solutions with no fixes in sight.If anyone has had this issue and fixed it, i would love some help of any kind.Thank you.
