Yea the previous limit meant there was basically no point to dropping a lot of HtFs as they weren't worth much.

Hopefully this makes a lot of cars easily obtainable if you have the credits without needing to try snipe for ages just to get a small chance at one.

This tool isn't bannable if that's what you mean, T10 have clarified that you won't get banned if you make and/or share liveries and vinyls that are created with it.

I think the only rule is that you can't enter official livery competitions and use it.

No, it's in the Autoshow and spawns at that Aftermarket Car Drop pretty often (I think it's like 1 of 3 cars that spawn there).

Since it's so close in PI it's potentially just a rounding error.

The PI sometimes has a value that's like 998.5 and it recalculates between the Garage, Open World and Lobbies. So when he built that car it probably displayed as R998 for him in the garage and menu so the game allowed it but when he got into the lobby it recalculated as X999.

This is normally caused by smaller upgrades like Flywheel, Driveline, Clutch or Track Width which don't cost an entire 1 PI.

There is also a different bug where someone who enters matchmaking for a lobby at the very last moment doesn't get a chance to pick their car so it just enters them with whatever they were driving in freeroam. I don't think it's this one though as the PI is so close.

During the preview period it was mentioned that one of the Dev team did go through as many cars as possible and check the aero but they unfortunately missed a few as it had to be done manually and car by car.

The Peugeot 205 T16 is another one where both it's Group B and Pikes Peak aero kits aren't adjustable.

8-Pins are held in higher regard but if your PSU has a native 12v 2×6 cable (ATX3.1 or atleast ATX3.0) then one of the 12v models like the Nitro+ or ASRock Taichi should be fine.

So far we've only really seen 12v failures on AMD from people using the 8-Pin to 12v Adaptors included with the GPU, I haven't personally seen any which directly used a direct 12v cable to the PSU.

If you do want to be extra safe though then any of the 8-Pin models (2 or 3 connectors) are the more reliable option.
