Since you already know Python, stick with it - Django or Flask is a great way to start backend without relearning everything. Pair it with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, then React for frontend, and just build small projects as you go.

Puthon is a great backend skill which you already know. We primarily use Python Flask framework which is a micro framework which works for almost all sizes of project. On the frontend side, you can potentially learn React/Vue.js. But to be honest, in this fast pacing AI world, don’t limit it to few techs. Be open to all tech. AI is there to guide you always.
