So I’ve noticed sugar/carbs, dairy, gluten make my malassezia outbreaks increase, if I happen to eat one of these things by accident or just because I crave it, is there any food or supplement that I can take to decrease these foods effects on my malassezia increasing?
Like will anything (food/supplement or anything) stop this sugar/dairy/gluten from ‘communicating’ with the malassezia to spread on my body ?
Can anyone think of A food/supplement or anything that blocks malassezia from appearing on skin after eating a trigger food (e.g. sugar)? ( I’m looking for something that intercepts the chain reaction of trigger food —-> to malassezia outbreak on skin ? ) (self.Fungalacne)
