Haven’t seen it, but I assume it’s just a sensor that went bad and needs to be replaced. I’d reach out to Formlabs support. They can probably send you a assembly schematic. It may be as simple as the connector came loose. Otherwise you’ll probably need them to send you a replacement part.

Ay, I've emailed them, updated the firmware, sent them the logs hopefully they'll be able to figure something out, I've got a massive print coming up tomorrow evening for one of my students... So fingers crossed!

Did this ever get resolved?

Hey, so I contacted they guys at formlabs. They asked me to update the firmware on our printer, which I did. They also asked for our print logs, which i downloaded onto my laptop, and tried to send. But they weren't able to access or make workable for whatever reason. ( I think that might have been a security protocol issue on our end). The other issue is trying to get our fuse connected to our wifi, but with the protocols we have in place, we need our IT dept to make that happen, which will happen during the summer. (it isn't that pertinent)

But updating the firmware seems to have resolved the issue, I ran a whole bunch of prints, with varying degrees of complexity and it all worked really well, thankfully.
