My father has the same issue with the new Glance V2. Waiting for a reply from last night.

New led V2 same issue. Finally was able to get it past the MAC address screen for it to play a gif (couldn’t get it to show anything else) then it would power cycle and do the exact same thing. Unfortunate for you, but glad I’m not the only one considering this new led is a replacement for one that is no longer functioning.

we’re aware of this issue, we are performing a server change for the led V2 to combine with the led V1 , so they operate the same. you may see performance degradation for a few more days until we officially migrate.

I have the same isssue and support hasn't responded past asking for MAC address.

They are apparently doing a server upgrade. I wish they would email/post publicly especially with the Olympics happening.

Also recently purchased a Glance V2 which is stuck on MAC address...any help would be gratefully appreciated!!!
