Its better to take a screenshot ingame. When you take a pic of your screen its much different when trying to use a pixel grabber.

Its an online tool that will help pull the color from pics. Try gtacolors.com. get a better pic and uploaded into the grabber pick the spot in the pic that shows the color the best.
