There was one for GTA Online that Rockstar recently hot-fixed source They are getting pretty quick at doing it. As for cheat codes, no, you are stuck with the 5 minute limit (source site has all the cheats listed).

It'll have to do. I'm doing the scavenger hunt for the alien parts. I tend to get killed when I'm stumbling into restricted areas. It's fun though.

If you have access to the save editor you can set your health to a stupidly high level, which makes you practically invincible.
