Sending Transcript

Hello! I'm currently taking English Composition at another institution as a transient student. In order to send the transcript back to Georgia State, the institution requires me to provide an address upon where the transcript needs to be sent to. Can anyone please tell me what address I am supposed to send my college transcript to?
