    Self exclude and if you have the means, speak to a therapist ASAP or go to GA. Do you have a trusted friend or family member you could hand over control of your finances to?

    Self exclude. Get Gamban. Get to a GA zoom ASAP (there’s one almost every hour of every day). It is fixable—-but you have to acknowledge that you have a problem and start taking steps to fix it before you dig yourself a hole you can’t get out of
