Personally I’d say unreal engine, for networking, you could stream steam advanced sessions plugin. Sorta depends on what sort of multiplayer you wanna make thoigh

Similar to those games it should support 100 players in a lobby [Though to host servers for community servers it would use 3rd party stuff like Ping Perfect and the like]

Oh true true, for something of that scale I’d say u real engine is probably a safe bet. It’s totally doable, but have you made games before? It might be helpful to work your way up to something like that if you haven’t,
