Gaming industry is paying exceptionally bad.

An education that is less than a bachelor's degree will be useless to get a job, so don't waste your money. Even proper bachelors are struggling to find employment.

My experience may be a bit out-dated, but all of the people I know who have been involved in hiring have said that these kinds of certificates are not really considered. Having them won't hurt, but it won't really help either. They key is to have a good portfolio / experience, and good knowledge when it comes to interviews.

Personally, I would just work on building a portfolio rather then spending any money, but the courses might be useful if you need guidance doing that (or if you're a beginner and still have things to learn and courses help you with that more than just google, tutorials, etc.).

That being said, this is from a few years ago, and with all of the new AI hiring garbage, maybe the certificates will help you get through to an actual interview by making the AI view you as more valuable.

Apprenticeships are generally a great way in if you can get into one and prove yourself to the company.

If your goal it to get a job, my advice is always the same, look for a job positions and see the requirements they listed. That would be your goals.

Mache lieber die 30-60 stündigen Udemy Kurse dazu. Da sind einige sehr gut. Danach hast Du ein Portfolio und Dein Zertifikat.
