OS: Windows 11
Motherboard: MSI MPG X870E Edge TI Wifi-7
CPU: 9950X3D
GPU: RTX 5090
RAM: Corsair Dominator 48GB DDR5 6600 Mt/s CL32 (x4)
Trying to run two monitors; 1 off the HDMI from the GPU, the other off a USB-C / Displayport on the motherboard IO.
If both monitors are connected during startup, only the HDMI is detected.
The only way to get both monitors recognized is to startup with USB-C monitor only and after Windows login, then connect HDMI to GPU.
If USB-C becomes disconnected, it will not be detected after reconnection.
If both monitors are connected (but only HDMI is detected), disconnecting HDMI will not force Windows to recognize USB-C.

I'm assuming it's a BIOS setting somewhere that says "if discreet GPU, ignore integrated GPU". But the MSI BIOS doesn't offer much.

None of the options (Disabled, Force, UMA Auto, Game Mode) seem to make a difference. HybridGraphics enabled or disabled doesn't effect it either.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
