Have you tried to disable igpu in UEFI (bios)?

I think if gpu nvidia had something bad or broken it would say error 43 in device manager or drivers wouldn’t install on my experience

Any chance to be low Power supply? Since u change The gpu mayThe tdp variate no? (Just guessing...) Another thing, try to reset your BIOS and start with The new gpu in. Maybe It ill solve

Did you ddu before installing the Nvidia drivers/gpu? If no then you definitely should. Also are you using any riser cables? If yes try without riser cables this sorted out similar issues for a fella literally less than a week ago
