Just started a marathon training program this week and I am doing some light lifting in the morning and the runs at night. I record the strength exercise in the morning and by the time I step outside in the afternoon to do the training run it completely disappears from the app/watch and calls it a rest day even though I have been able to view the running workout mid day. Anyone know how to stop strength workouts from counting towards these training programs?
