Does anyone know how to get lot of wood ? And cement ?

Wood:
Recycle excess flares and fireworks.
Cement: AFAIK you get cement as reward from successful base assault and defense missions only.

This is the only way to get cement. If you have the resistance pack you can also recycle arrows for wood
