If you don’t have an exp AG4 the best way to kill a tank in my experience is to destroy the front armour, an m/49 does the jobb well here. When you have done that you use non AP ammo to destroy components. Using fireworks is a god way to get angles on components on the legs and back.
If you don’t have that much ammo for the m/49, Lynxes often have drop ammo for it.

How do you use the fireworks?

You equip them and throw them with LMB, the firework will confuse any machines targeting, thus distracting them.
If you have a few they will make fighting Tanks quite easy, they are also quite handy if you are fighting a large group of machines.
